Q. I am not staying in Fort William, how do I get my bags at the end of my walk?

A. Please call us on 01360 312840 when you reach Fort William to arrange to get your bags back. Ideally we would wish to meet you at the train station to return your bags to you direct. However should this not be possible as we have reached Fort William before you, your bags will have been placed into a secure luggage locker within the train station, conveniently situated for catching the train or bus, and we will give you the locker code to get your bags out.

Q. I cannot get accommodation at Kingshouse. Will you deliver bags to Glencoe?

A. Yes. We will deliver your bags direct to any accommodation for you.

Q. Why do you charge a supplement for delivery to Inversnaid?

A. Delivery to and from Inversnaid involves an additional 120 miles, as there is no road beyond Rowardennan up the east side of Loch Lomond past Inversnaid. We also have a minimum requirement of 2 bags per booking for Inversnaid.

Q. I am combining walking with cycling some stages. Can I have my bike transferred?

A. Yes. We can move your bike for you along with your bags on the days that you are walking

Q. Can I book without having a set accommodation itinerary?

A. Yes. You can advise where bags are to go on a daily basis – just let us know the night before or by 9.00am latest.

Q. Can I change my accommodation/stop point on the day?

A. Yes. Please let us know as soon as possible, and as long as your bags have not already been delivered to your original choice, we should be able to accommodate your change.

Q. Can I book on the day or at any stage of the walk?

A. Yes. You can join us at any stage, be it to try the service for one day, or for the rest of your walk.

Q. I intend to do some climbing/sightseeing, are there any restrictions on number of days or stops?

A. No. Many people stay 2 nights or more in some places and there is no additional charge.
