1. A deposit of £10 per bag is required.
2. All baggage label(s) will be released once final payment in full has been received
3. The weight limit per bag is 20kgs.
4. No valuable or breakable items are to be left in transportable luggage.
5. All baggage to be made available for pick-up at your accommodation by 09.00am.
6. Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel at any stage of your walk.
7. If your accommodation is booked under another name, please let us know in advance.
8. Any changes to accommodation must be advised to us immediately to ensure correct delivery of bags.
9. You must advise us of any anticipated late arrival at Milngavie train station, if this is the first pick up point for your bags.
